About Us

We’re Sadie and Joachim, your hosts at 45BB, joined by our two mini schnauzers, Juno and Luna.

More than a guest house, 45BB is our home—one we love sharing with guests from around the world. Our aim is simple: to offer a stay that feels relaxed, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for.

Set in the heart of Carcassonne’s Old Bastide, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

Thoughtful details, modern comforts, and a refreshing pool ensure you can fully unwind, whatever the season.
