Your hosts Sadie, Joachim and resident mini schnauzer Juno, look forward to welcoming you to our home, 45BB – a premier guest house located in the heart of the Old Bastide in Carcassonne.

45BB is first and foremost our family home and we love to open it to guests, to share and enjoy it.

No other guest house in the Old Bastide offers you en-suite shower rooms, air conditioning/heating, mini fridges, High speed WIFI throughout and 40″ Smart TVs with satellite feed, for your comfort and enjoyment. Apart from all these facilities, we also have an in-ground pool – a haven in our very hot summers!
